In order to improve our services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from Longwood or click on a link therein.

How Longwood collects and stores your information:
Longwood uses a company called Jotform to collect patient information, including credit card information. Jotform is PCI DSS compliant and is Payment Credit Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Service Provider Level I certified, the highest security attainment you can have as a business that collects payments from credit cards. Longwood stores this information in a practice management system called PracticeSuite that encrypts all data, and is HIPPA compliant. Any further questions regarding the security of either Jotform or PracticeSuite should be forwarded to those businesses themselves.
